As a Team Liaison, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with professional

soccer teams, coordinate top-tier suppliers, and refine your expertise in sports

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for transportation, hotels, and training sessions.

• Manage travel documentation and requirements.

• Ensure smooth operations at stadiums and training facilities.

• Prepare daily reports and financial statements.

• Oversee budget compliance and internal processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (references required).

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Valid B1/B2 visa or ESTA.

• Availability to travel and work flexible hours.

• Home office setup (computer and reliable internet).
  

Project Phases

📅 Planning (April – June, half-time): Training, team assignment and logistics preparation.
✈️ Execution (July – August, full-time): On-site operations in the U.S. and/or Canada.
📊 Budget Reconciliation (August, part-time): Final reports and expense verification.
